There’s no experience that isn’t good as long as you can learn and grow from it

A prayer without reflection followed by a lack of action is an empty deed

The one plus about having anxiety attacks and migraines is that it’s turning me into a much more tolerant person because I truly don’t want conflict, so if you can learn from something you can always be grateful and if you can be grateful you can be happy in any circumstances

If someone asks themselves the question “if there is a God how could it do anything for me?” Just remember there is over a 100 billion galaxies in this universe, each having over a 100 billion stars. That’s more starts than grains of sand on the earth. If God can create all of this and keep it working in perfect harmony, then God definitely has the power to can about us and play an active role in our lives.

Einstein said insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result, but the reason that happens is because the insane person has no ability to question their sanity. So, we should realize that that is what we should do, for how many sane people never do that; therefore, never have a solution.

All action is based in thought and compelled by emotion. If my mind is at peace and the emotion is love, the right action is always taken.
